The guarantee deposit will be returned in full if the car is returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

It is possible to deliver and/or pick up the car at your hotel or at the Cancun airport, which has an extra cost and cover at least 50% of your total rental at least 72 hours before taking the car through our system online payment, to be able to guarantee the car.

In reservations made less than 72 hours in advance, we are subject to availability of the car, so it would not be possible to guarantee the selected unit and if you do not have said unit on the day of your rental, you will be given one similar in characteristics or cost.
